(per month/per horse) This includes turnout, hay and sweet feed twice per day. ( Up to 5 lbs. of sweet feed per day) $235.00 plus 3.5% fee from cc company.
(group per day) Outdoor Arena Rental. $100 non-refundable booking deposit. If additional services are needed such as additional restrooms, seating, etc., there will be an additional charge. Insurance binder required for all individuals/organizations renting arena.
$200 refundable damage deposit required.

(optional) All horses will be dewormed by barn staff on a rotating schedule, every other month. This fee includes paste and administration. If you choose to worm your own mark the date of worming, your name and your horses name on the box and give to Cornerstone staff.

Annual Family Open Riding Pass - Family includes dependent children living at home. Limited to family of 4 and 1 horse/rider combo per family member. Only good for outdoor/indoor arena(s) when not booked for events. These rates NOT for exclusive use of the arenas or cattle usage.
(Non boarder) Per day and per 1 horse/rider combo - use of arena your own horse. Must sign Usage and Waiver form and have current coggins information NO EXCEPTIONS.
(per block) 10 day block and per 1 horse/rider combo, of open riding time in arena(s). Must sign Usage and Waiver form and have current coggins information.
We are available for business from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. 7 days a week.
Event sponsors provide their own banners. Maximum banner size - 3' X 10'. Payment for event sponsorships must be paid in full.
Pricing subject to change unless you have a signed contract.
Note that cancellations of any kind within 7 days of the event or clinic will NOT be refunded.
Full payment for all charges is due and payable on the final day of the event, excluding any extraordinary cleaning or damage that would be payable upon receipt of invoice.
